Welcome to WOGO! By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

WOGO (\u201cPlatform,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d) provides a peer-to-peer car rental marketplace connecting vehicle owners (\u201cHosts\u201d) with renters (\u201cGuests\u201d). These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your use of our website, mobile app, and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By accessing or using WOGO, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Eligibility & Account Registration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • You must be at least 21 years old<\/strong> (or the minimum legal driving age in your location) to use WOGO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Guests must have a valid driver\u2019s license<\/strong> (U.S. or international with passport) and meet WOGO\u2019s eligibility criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Hosts must provide vehicle details<\/strong>, ensure proper registration, and maintain appropriate insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • WOGO reserves the right to verify user identity and decline or suspend accounts if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3. Booking & Payment Policies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    3.1 Pricing & Fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Guests will be charged based on the selected rental period (daily, weekly, or monthly pricing with applicable discounts<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Payments can be made via full payment, partial payment, or deposit-based payment options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3.2 Payment Processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • WOGO securely holds all funds until the rental trip is completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Upon successful return of the vehicle, payments are automatically transferred to the Host.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        3.3 Security Deposits & Pre-Authorization<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • WOGO may pre-authorize credit cards<\/strong> to cover potential damages or rental issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If damages occur, WOGO reserves the right to charge the Guest\u2019s payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          4. Vehicle Use & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          4.1 Guest Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Guests must return the vehicle on time, in the same condition, and with the agreed fuel level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Any damages, traffic violations, or late returns may result in additional charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Guests must comply with all local traffic laws and insurance requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Wogo recommends that guests purchase their own rental car insurance, including but not limited to Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Liability Insurance, and Medical\/Personal Injury Protection. If guests choose not to purchase insurance, they assume full responsibility for all liabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            4.2 Host Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Hosts must ensure vehicles are safe, well-maintained, and legally registered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Vehicles must be provided clean and with a full tank of fuel (unless otherwise specified).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              5. Insurance & Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • WOGO provides optional insurance coverage<\/strong> for Hosts and Guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Hosts must maintain their own insurance<\/strong>, which remains primary in case of accidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Guests are liable for damages<\/strong> if they violate WOGO\u2019s Terms, insurance policies, or local laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                \n\n\n\n

                6. Cancellations & Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • Guest-Initiated Cancellations<\/strong>:\n
                    \n
                  • Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking a trip, excluding the 24 hours ahead of starting a trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • After 24 hours of a booked trip, a cancellation fee will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Host-Initiated Cancellations<\/strong>:\n
                      \n
                    • Frequent cancellations may result in penalties or suspension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Refunds<\/strong>:\n
                        \n
                      • Refunds are issued based on WOGO\u2019s cancellation policy<\/strong>, subject to processing fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                        \n\n\n\n

                        7. Prohibited Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                          \n
                        • No subleasing or unauthorized third-party rentals<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • No illegal, reckless, or off-road driving<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • No smoking, pets, or modifications to the vehicle<\/strong> without the Host\u2019s permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Any violation may lead to fines, account suspension, or permanent removal<\/strong> from WOGO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Renters are responsible for all traffic violations, including but not limited to:
                          Speeding tickets<\/strong> \u2013 Full payment of fine + administrative fee ($50).
                          Parking violations<\/strong> \u2013 Full payment of fine + administrative fee ($50).
                          Toll violations<\/strong> \u2013 Full toll amount + administrative fee ($25).
                          DUI\/DWI (Driving under the influence)<\/strong> \u2013 Immediate ban from WOGO + potential legal action.
                          Reckless driving (e.g., racing, excessive speeding, dangerous maneuvers)<\/strong> \u2013 Fine up to $500 + suspension from WOGO.
                          Failure to return the vehicle on time<\/strong> \u2013 Late return fees apply (calculated hourly).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • All penalties will be charged directly to the renter\u2019s linked payment method<\/strong>. Unpaid fines may result in legal action or collections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                          \n\n\n\n

                          8. Account Violations & Bans<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                          WOGO reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in:
                          Repeated traffic violations or reckless driving
                          Fraudulent bookings or identity misrepresentation
                          Failure to pay fines, tolls, or additional fees<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          9. Dispute Resolution & Claims<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                            \n
                          • Any disputes must be reported to WOGO within 24 hours<\/strong> of the rental ending.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • WOGO will mediate claims, but legal action may be required for unresolved disputes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                            \n\n\n\n

                            10. Privacy & Data Protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                              \n
                            • WOGO collects and processes user data according to our Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • User information is protected and not shared with third parties except as required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                              \n\n\n\n

                              11. Modifications & Termination<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                                \n
                              • WOGO reserves the right to modify these Terms<\/strong> at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              • Users will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              • WOGO may terminate or suspend any account violating these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
